1.1 Cancellation by Customer

1.1.1 Before Commencement of Tour:

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made 10 days prior to the tour start date.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the tour start date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

1.1.2 No-Show:

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.

1.2 Cancellation by Hansi Holidays

  • In the rare event that Hansi Holidays needs to cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule to another available date.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Unsatisfactory Services

  • If a customer is dissatisfied with the services provided during the tour, they must notify Hansi Holidays immediately to address the issue. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Changes to Itinerary

  • Hansi Holidays reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, every effort will be made to provide equivalent services, and refunds will be determined based on the nature of the changes.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
