1. Booking and Confirmation:
- To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required.
- Full payment must be made 10 before the departure date.
- The agency reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the specified date.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made by the client.
- 50% of the total cost will be charged if canceled 10 days prior to departure.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 days before departure.
- Cancellations made by the agency.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the agency may cancel the tour and provide a full refund.
- The agency is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the client due to tour cancellations.
3. Itinerary Changes:
- The agency reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unavoidable events.
- Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
4. Travel Insurance:
- Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
- The agency is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the client’s failure to obtain travel insurance.
5. Travel Documents:
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, for the entire duration of the tour.
- The agency is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the client’s failure to obtain the required travel documents.
6. Health and Safety:
- Clients are responsible for assessing their health and fitness levels to participate in the tour.
- The agency is not responsible for any health-related issues or injuries incurred during the tour.
7. Liability:
- The agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the client during the tour.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold the agency harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the tour.
8. Miscellaneous:
- The agency reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
- These terms and conditions may be subject to change without prior notice.
- By booking a tour with Hansi Holidays, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
